Books are made of paper and are easily damaged in shipping and handling. For this reason, we strongly discourage the return of books. However, if you received the wrong book, due to our filling your order incorrectly, please return the book within 10 business days, unopened and in its original packaging. If the book is personalized to you by someone who purchased the book for you as a gift, it cannot be returned, as it cannot be resold. Your credit card will be refunded within 10 business days. It may take longer for that refund to appear on your statement from your credit card company.
